Sheila Dalgleish

I have been involved in some form of needlework for as long as I can remember. Eventually I realised that quilting was the way, and I have gradually built the confidence to develop my own style. As a Geography graduate (a very, very long time ago), I have always had a particular interest in landscape, and most of the work I have done in the past few years reflects this. I have shared two exhibitions with Mairi Wheeler, and several with Freewheeling. In 2015 I finally dared to go it alone, with an exhibition in Edinburgh. The theme was 'North'. I had actually thought this would be a one-off, but almost since that first exhibition closed, people have been asking when the next one will be, so I have taken the plunge and booked a small gallery in Edinburgh for February 2018.
